A former yard where animals were kept, El Patio de la Torreta was converted in 2011 into a rural tourism property. The refurbishment was done sympathetically, retaining the original natural and wooden structure of the house, making it a unique spot. A rural house in Calaceite, it provides an ideal base for discovering the towns and landscapes of the Matarraña.

Like Rural Matarraña’s other house, Casa Almudí, El Patio de la Torreta is located in the heart of the old quarter of Calaceite, where it stands out due to both its impressive size on a single floor and its stone façade that give it the essence of a traditional house in the Matarraña.
The house has 250 square metres of open spaces and has an impressive 60-square-metre inner courtyard with barbecue, a living-dining room with large glass windows that look out onto the courtyard, a modern designer fireplace and a double room with jacuzzi that is ideal for couples.
El Patio de la Torreta can be rented in its entirety, in which case it can sleep 7-8 in its two bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds, and a sofa bed. As a result, it is popular with families and small groups of friends.
For smaller groups, El Patio de la Torreta can be divided into two apartments, one on each floor: L’Arc on the ground floor, which sleeps five; and L’Àtic on the upper floor, which sleeps 2-3.
Guests in the two apartments can share the use of the inner courtyard with barbecue.

Yes, every apartment has full amenities separate from the other apartments.
The apartments are in two different houses in the old quarter of Calaceite.

You can unload and load luggage outside the door of each of the houses.
